Alternate shelter

Since 2013, ALEDIA’s alternating foster home has been a resource for people aged 16 and over living with intellectual disabilities and / or autism spectrum disorder. The goal is to increase their level of self-determination and residential autonomy. The service welcomes four groups of six users each week alternately. During their stay, users have the opportunity to participate in the activities of domestic life, such as the preparation of meals, household chores, gardening, etc.

To access this service, you must apply for registration with your IDRC worker.
